Payable Finance
Extend Your Runway Empower Your Supply Chain
Optimize your working capital by extending payment terms without squeezing your vendors. Origin provides early liquidity to your global suppliers while allowing you to hold onto your cash longer.
THE ORIGIN STRUCTURE
Settlement (Day 90+)
You repay Origin at the end of the extended term. You benefit from increased Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) and preserved cash on hand for strategic growth.
Supplier Payment (Day 5)
Origin pays your supplier immediately (or on their requested date), often at a lower cost of capital than their own borrowing options. The supplier gets liquidity; you remove the supply chain risk.
Invoice Approval
You approve your supplier’s invoice as per your standard process. No changes to your ERP are required.
THE ORIGIN DIFFERENCE
BEYOND THE PLATFORM
Global Vendor Support
Your supply chain is global, and so is our funding. We can onboard and fund suppliers across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, handling multi-currency settlements seamlessly.
Flexible Execution Models
We adapt to your vendor relationships, not the other way around. We can deploy fully managed “White-Glove” supplier onboarding programs, or structure Buyer-Led facilities where we settle invoices on your behalf without requiring vendor opt-in or integration.
True Term Extension
Unlike simple early-payment discounts, our facility allows you to fundamentally restructure your working capital cycle. Hold cash for 30, 60, or 90 days beyond standard terms without impacting vendor relationships.

Structuring & Technical
Considerations
Is this considered debt on my balance sheet?
Properly structured Payables Finance is typically treated as trade payables rather than debt, provided terms remain within reasonable commercial standards. Origin works with your finance team and auditors to meet accounting objectives.
Who pays for the financing?
The structure is flexible. Often, the supplier pays a small discount for early payment. Alternatively, the buyer may subsidize or cover the cost to offer a free benefit to strategic vendors.
Do suppliers need to join a platform or sign agreements?
Not necessarily. Origin also specializes in Buyer-Led settlement, acting as a paying agent so suppliers receive funds without signing new agreements or changing processes.
Will this disrupt vendor relationships?
No. Our priority is supply chain stability. We enable working capital extension without forcing suppliers to change terms or adopt new systems.
Does this require complex ERP integration?
No. Origin uses light-touch data exchange via secure upload, SFTP, or API, with no changes to your core accounting processes.
