Prior to establishing Origin, Mark founded and led a pioneering fintech company that revolutionized supplier financing through data-driven funding methodologies. This groundbreaking platform enabled suppliers of enterprise buyers to receive real-time payment on invoices, transforming traditional payment cycles and cash flow management across industries. At Origin, Mark combines his deep financial markets experience with a keen understanding of client needs and proven relationship development acumen to create tailored financing solutions that drive business growth. His approach focuses on providing the financial flexibility companies need to seize opportunities and navigate challenges in today’s fast-moving marketplace.

Don Frazier

Don Frazier serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Origin, where he leads all revenue-generating functions—including business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. With more than 15 years of experience in B2B market development and financial services, Don brings a deep understanding of how to align growth initiatives with the needs of complex, capital-sensitive organizations. Before co-founding Origin, Don held senior leadership roles across enterprise SaaS and compliance-focused industries, where he specialized in building scalable revenue programs and structuring solutions for mid-market clients and public sector partners. He is known for his consultative approach, strong partner networks, and ability to drive measurable outcomes across diverse industries. Don is passionate about helping clients access flexible capital, preserve financial agility, and grow with confidence.

Chris Youlton is the Chief Operating Officer at Origin, where he oversees day-to-day operations, product execution, and strategic delivery across the company’s working capital and funding programs. With a background in finance, business systems, and cross-functional team leadership, Chris ensures Origin runs with precision, from deal structuring to client onboarding. Prior to co-founding Origin, Chris built and scaled operational teams across fast-growth organizations, with a focus on simplifying complex financial workflows and optimizing execution across technology, partnerships, and compliance. His ability to turn vision into scalable infrastructure has been critical in Origin’s mission to deliver capital solutions that work in the real world. Outside of work, Chris is an avid outdoor enthusiast who spends his time biking mountain trails, snowboarding in Colorado’s backcountry, and exploring new terrain whenever possible.
